Terms & Conditions

Let’s keep it simple: We cherish our customers, and we know you don’t want delays, refunds, or cancellations - neither do we! Please take a moment to review the policies below, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask our team.

Company Responsibility

Winter Wagon assumes no responsibility for missed flights, hotel bookings, or any expenses beyond those associated with our black car and shuttle service. We will not reimburse or be held accountable for any costs incurred outside the scope of our service. In other words, we do not provide reimbursement for missed flights, hotels, or expenses unrelated to our van transportation.

Winter Wagon’s responsibility extends solely to covering the cost of our product or service. The maximum refund you can receive will not exceed the amount paid for your transportation. For example, if you paid $300 for your transportation, your refund cannot exceed $300.

Damaged Baggage

Winter Wagon is not liable for any damage that may occur to your luggage during your journey with our van transportation service.

Lost Items

Winter Wagon does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items within our transportation vehicles.

Pricing

We employ dynamic pricing, which means that peak dates will have higher pricing compared to non-peak times. As a seasonal business, we adjust our rates on specific dates and times to ensure our sustainability. Please note that modifying your transportation dates and times may impact the pricing of your transportation.

Conduct and Behavior

We expect all renters to conduct themselves as responsible adults. We trust you to abide by our rules. Any disruptive behavior, mischief, or disturbance directed toward our staff or vehicles will result in non-service and no refunds. Such occurrences are rare, so please don’t be “that person.” Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!

After/Off Hours Trips

Rates are valid between 6 AM and 9 PM. Rides scheduled outside these hours (9 PM to 6 AM) will be subject to different pricing. Please contact us for more details on after-hours rates.

General Information

Booking Requirements: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for peak dates. No deposit is required for non-peak dates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled trip are free of charge.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will incur a charge of 50% of the fare.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

No-Show Policy

Charges for No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Additional Charges

Extra Stops and Wait Time: Additional charges may apply for extra stops or extended wait times.

Rate Variability: Rates may vary based on peak and off-peak seasons.
