When renting a vehicle from Winter Wagon, the following apply:

💳 No credit card needed to book. Card is not needed until within cancellation period. Just reserve your car and you’re set.

🗓️ 48-hour cancellation policy. Plans change, we get it. (Policy differs for peak dates.)

🏔️ Peak Date Cancellation: Must cancel 7 days or before during peak season dates. No refunds within 7 days for peak season.

🏷️ All inclusive quotes. Taxes and fees are included in our fares. Everything is included except insurance.

❄️ Studded snow tires & roof boxes. Come standard during winter. No surprise fees.

🔧 Meticulously maintained. All cars are used high mileage, but meticulously maintained for reliability. We spend thousands maintaining our fleet.

🚲 Racks and boxes available. Bike racks, ski racks, roof boxes, roof carries, and other gear available.

🤝 Honest rental service. Period. No hidden agendas, just good cars and good service.

⏳ Minimum Rental: 3-day minimum rental is required.

🆔 Age Requirement: Renters must be 25 years or older.

🛡️ Insurance: You must provide proof of your own insurance coverage. We do not sell insurance.
