Review Winter Wagon private car service terms, pricing, cancellations, and policies.

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to private car service reservations booked with Winter Wagon. By booking service, you agree to the policies below.

Service Scope

  • Service is provided as private, one-way transportation between the booked pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Online instant quotes are currently limited to routes that start or end at Denver International Airport (DEN).
  • Service availability may be affected by severe weather, road closures, or other safety conditions.

Pricing and Inclusions

  • Rates use dynamic pricing based on season, route distance, pickup time, and passenger count.
  • All quoted rates are all-inclusive and include a standard 15% driver gratuity.
  • Additional requests outside the original booking scope, including extra stops, major route changes, or added wait time, may require a revised quote.

Company Responsibility and Refund Limits

  • We are solely responsible for the cost of our private car service.
  • We do not reimburse expenses outside our service, including missed flights, missed events, hotel costs, tickets, or other indirect expenses.
  • Your refund can never exceed what you paid for the ride. If you paid $100, the maximum refund is $100.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of trip time.
  • Normal dates: cancel 24 hours or more before your trip for no charge.
  • Peak season dates: cancel 7 days or more before your trip to avoid charges.
  • Peak season cancellations made within 7 days: no refund, but fares are fully transferable to another party and/or can be converted to Winter Wagon credit valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, drop-off details, and contact information.

Conduct and Safety

  • Smoking of any kind is not permitted in service vehicles.
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

Lost Items

  • Winter Wagon is not responsible for personal items left behind in a vehicle.
